Senior Manager, AECO Resource & Project Management The Senior Manager, AECO Resource & Project Management (PMO) is responsible for leading the Project Management Office and Resource Management function for AECO Professional Services. This role oversees Project Management Managers and the Resource Management team, ensuring consistent project delivery, effective resource allocation, and scalable operational practices across the AECO services portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, AECO Americas Professional Services & Customer Onboarding, this leader plays a key role in ensuring that project delivery, staffing strategy, and operational execution are aligned with organizational priorities. The role partners closely with Services Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure projects are appropriately staffed, delivery standards are maintained, and customer outcomes are achieved. This position requires a mix of operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery governance oversight.
