About The Position

The Sr. Manager Account Delivery is responsible for managing the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded. This role involves working closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations, cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals, assisting in budget management and cost control for the accounts, and collaborating with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics. The manager will also stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies, address and resolve account-related issues, and provide regular status updates on account performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles.
• Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership.
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice To Haves

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
