About The Position

The position involves managing the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded. The role requires close collaboration with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations. The successful candidate will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals, assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts, and collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics. Staying informed about industry trends and assessing their impact on account strategies is essential. The role also involves addressing and resolving account-related issues and providing regular status updates on account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles.
  • Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
