Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing: Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend/on-call supervisory rotations What Are We Looking For: High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferred Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliability Work Environment: Based in a corporate office and industrial plant setting Regular interaction with maintenance crews, vendors, and operational teams May require off-shift or night work depending on production needs Exposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditions Participation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotations What We Offer Competitive base salary $66,980 - $78,710 401(k) retirement savings plan with automatic company contributions and matching Comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage with Prescription Drug Benefits Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave, and 10 Paid Holidays Shaping the future, building successes Heidelberg Materials – your springboard into the future of the construction materials industry.
