What You'll Be Doing: Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend/on-call supervisory rotations

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred
• 3 plus years of preferred maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferred
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliability
