About The Position

Predactiv, Inc. is recruiting for our Palo Alto, CA office: Sr. Machine Learning Engineer: Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models for code understanding and generation using transformer-based architectures and large language models. Develop scalable data preprocessing and augmentation pipelines to prepare structured and unstructured programming data for training and inference. Implement and fine-tune model components such as attention mechanisms and causal convolutions to enhance contextual understanding of code sequences. Conduct large-scale distributed training using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, leveraging cloud-based computer resources including multiple Tensor Processing Units (TPUs). Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into interactive AI applications, ensuring low-latency inference and alignment with production requirements.
