About The Position
Mechanics Bank is currently searching for a Sr. Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team. Here at Mechanics Bank, we value connection, partnership, long term relationships and working together in person. This role will be working on-site at our Walnut Creek office. The position involves performing a wide variety of loan servicing tasks related to loan operations and/or processing, from minor to complex processes or functions. The specialist will proactively identify issues or needed changes, recommend resolutions, and participate in quality improvement efforts. They will take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure, requiring coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. The role utilizes multiple system applications and assists in multiple areas of the department as directed by management.
