Accountabilities Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality strategy aligned with business goals. Lead the Data Quality Services team, promoting cross-functional collaboration. Manage daily operations of the Data Quality Services team for timely delivery. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation. Establish data quality standards and best practices for data accuracy. Utilize advanced data quality tools and technologies based on performance insights. Act as the primary contact for clients regarding data quality initiatives. Conduct client workshops and training sessions to share insights and recommendations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the legal sector. Develop marketing materials that highlight data quality services and capabilities. Work with the marketing team to expand reach within target markets. Promote the use of generative AI tools to enhance data quality processes. Implement AI-driven solutions for data profiling, cleansing, and validation. Establish data quality assurance processes including profiling and remediation. Ensure adherence to data governance practices among stakeholders. Create metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and inform decisions. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators to leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience in data quality management or related field. Experience leading data quality teams with a focus on the legal sector. Proficiency with data quality tools and business intelligence platforms. Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with programming languages like Python. Experience with CRM systems in business development and marketing. Excellent analytical skills for transforming complex data sets. Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements. Strong business acumen for identifying new opportunities in the legal sector.
