The Senior Learning Specialist role at UBC focuses on several critical areas including designing and creating content such as Facilitator Guides, Participant Workbooks, Job Aids, Exercises, Coaching Guides, blended learning solutions, and e-learning modules. This position also involves designing and creating knowledge resources that are effective for front line staff utilization, providing consultation through the assessment, evaluation, and development of both existing and new training programs and materials. The role includes facilitating training sessions both in classroom and virtually, from onboarding to continued development and refresher training. The responsibilities may shift between these key areas to support the needs of the business, with a focus on the development and delivery of learning experiences across the assigned area of responsibility.
