Learn more at flexera.com Reporting to the People & Culture team, this Senior Learning & Development Specialist is key in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning & development programs that enhance leadership, compliance, and careers (remote work available, some travel may be required, periodic flexible hours worked to support all employee time zones). This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, a clear and confident communicator, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
