As a pivotal member of the Human Resource Team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Recruitment and Development, the Senior Learning & Development Specialist will leverage expertise in adult learning theory to design, facilitate, and champion exceptional employee learning experiences. This vital role will utilize proven adult learning principles to create engaging course content, dynamic activities, and impactful training materials, empowering our employees to acquire essential new skills and knowledge. Moreover, the L&D Specialist will proactively coordinate and develop resources that significantly enhance the growth and engagement of Reliance, Inc. and its Family of Companies (FOC). By effectively managing knowledge assets and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the L&D Specialist will ensure that all learning content and materials are fully aligned with the organization's vision and core values, driving both individual and organizational success. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility to work from home while also fostering collaboration by being in the office up to three times a week.
