About The Position

The Senior Change Agent at Trane Technologies is responsible for driving Lean transformation within the manufacturing facility in Panama City, Florida. This role focuses on implementing continuous improvement tools and techniques to enhance operational efficiency and foster a culture of Lean principles among employees. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and facilitate change effectively.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with various audiences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lean environment, with a focus on training and coaching.
• Experience facilitating Rapid Improvement events with proven results in operational and financial metrics.
• Associates or Bachelor of Science degree or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Shingo model is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct value stream analysis to assess current operations and create a vision for future improvements.
• Lead the planning and execution of Rapid Improvement Events (Kaizen) to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Train and coach line leaders and office staff on Lean methodologies through Gemba walks.
• Support adherence to Kaizen standard work by ensuring engagement during all phases of improvement events.
• Foster culture change by training and developing employees and leaders in Lean principles.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues during implementation and maintenance phases.
• Fulfill the duties of a Value Stream Coach when needed.
