About The Position
The Trainer is responsible for supporting the overall goals of the State & Member Training Department. This includes the design, development and delivery of a variety of training programs for members and other stakeholders. Topics cover the full scope of PJM activity and provide focused knowledge on specific aspects of PJM markets and operations. Training is delivered in both in-person and online delivery formats, including a combination of lecture, interactive exercises and simulation activities. This position will report to the Manager, State & Member Training. This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements. Management will confirm the options for flexibility. Business needs and/or on-call responsibilities may require you to report to campus or other off-site training locations.
