The Media & Digital Platforms (M&DP) team within Bayer’s Consumer Health division is seeking a Sr. Lead, Social Media Activation to help support the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across National platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, X). At Bayer Consumer Health, we manage iconic brands like Claritin, One-A-Day, MiraLAX, Midol, Afrin, Alka-Seltzer and many more in the over-the-counter healthcare space. In this role, you will be a critical member of the M&DP team, offering a unique opportunity to actively bridge the gap between media, creative agency and brand, while leveraging the latest technology to drive best-in-class paid social outcomes. To be successful in this role, you must possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills, social creative insights, and strong hands-on keyboard execution experience. This position will require a strong understanding of the holistic social landscape and a keen sense of where the industry is headed to keep Bayer Consumer Health on the cutting edge of social media.
