About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
• Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive NPI strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Define the vision, goals, and priorities for NPI initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive NPI initiatives forward.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
• Identify new opportunities for product expansion or innovation through NPI initiatives.
• Lead the development of product roadmaps for NPI initiatives, outlining key milestones, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time.
• Prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NPI-related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Monitor key performance metrics for NPI initiatives, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
• Drive innovation within the NPI process by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
• Work closely with R&D and innovation teams to develop and test new product concepts.
