About The Position

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Java Engineer who can drive development end-to-end, lead the team, and mentor junior developers while remaining hands-on with coding and architecture. This role will involve 60–70% development and 30–40% team leadership activities.

Requirements

• Java Development
• Spring / Microservices Architecture
• Strong experience with API development and integrations
• Kafka
• AWS Cloud
• End-to-End CI/CD experience
• Docker & Kubernetes (hands-on with containerized applications)
• Jenkins experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

• Frontend exposure (plus, not mandatory)
• Java modernization experience
• Payments / Financial applications experience (highly preferred)
• DevOps mindset / experience

Responsibilities
