About The Position

The Senior Lead, HR Business Partner (HRBP), will be responsible for the design, delivery and/or implementation of the full spectrum of HR practices in partnership with and for the assigned client-group (Global Technology or any other assigned group(s)) to support the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic and operational plans. The HRBP will support the assigned client-group(s) in managing the talent strategy, succession planning & performance management, talent acquisition, training & organizational development, teammate relations, compensation, and benefits. The HRBP will liaise between corporate centers of excellence and business leadership, overseeing a fast-paced environment and day-to-day Business Unit operations and managing projects and initiatives across assigned-clients to achieve success. The individual is a member of the HR POD (includes HR generalists, teammate relations and talent acquisition), reporting into the HR POD Leader for Global Technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or related experience.
  • Prior experience working in a global matrix organization preferred.
  • Previous retail and apparel industry experience a plus.
  • Previous experience supporting technology teams a plus.
  • Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, organization design, leadership development, talent management, compensation, succession planning, training and organizational development.
  • Prior experience promoting an atmosphere which inspires teammates to excel and develop.
  • Prior experience leading talent strategy reviews, employee retention, and identification of high potential external resources.
  • Prior experience providing confidential counseling and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience working well with others to maintain and build cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong organizational plus written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with data insight and data visualization tools such as PowerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Partners closely with assigned client-group leadership in the development and execution of a business-specific people strategy and tactics.
  • Consults, coaches, and influences leadership and below in all aspects of the teammate lifecycle.
  • Promote and establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a highly engaged team environment.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders to assess in-house talent and create strategy to identify and retain current talent.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners to effectively execute against the people strategy.
  • Lead change readiness by supporting department heads in effectively driving & managing change & communication.
  • Supports multi-year projects and initiatives across assigned client-group BU or UA.
  • Tracks performance against relevant HR data to drive continuous improvement across departments.
  • Proactively seek knowledge of industry and functional specialty researching best practices.
