As the Sr. Lead Compensation Business Partner, Manufacturing, you will be client-facing and bring a consultative mindset to work with a diverse set of functions at our Manufacturing Plant in Normal, IL. to support their unique needs. These functions include supply chain, engineering, product and production. You will advise on complex compensation matters across the entire employee lifecycle with in-depth analytics to ensure we are providing competitive and equitable compensation, consistent with our compensation philosophy. You will leverage your compensation program design experience, creativity, innovative thinking and analytic capabilities to help evolve our pay programs in addition to designing creative and innovative new programs. Our goal is to create scalable, sustainable, cost effective and equitable compensation programs that will attract and retain talent. This role will report to the Director, Compensation. This is a strategic and hands-on individual contributor role that is responsible for consulting on strategy, building roadmaps of implementation, administration, communication, compliance, providing thought partnership and driving continuous improvement.
