Job Description: The Sr Laboratory Equipment Representative (LER) drives revenue growth and customer success within an assigned territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on key accounts, new opportunities, and long-term partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor, the LER uncovers customer needs, monitors market and competitive dynamics, and delivers differentiated, customer-centric solutions through collaboration with internal specialists and channel partners. This role requires strong business and sales acumen, including effective pipeline management, forecasting, pricing and margin discipline, and execution against annual growth objectives. The LER builds deep relationships with customers through consultative selling, product expertise, demonstrations, and training, while leveraging CRM tools and disciplined business processes to manage opportunities and close business.
