About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow strategically important client accounts in North America, ensuring strong relationships and business success. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, partnering with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives. You will be responsible for account planning, business reviews, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or operations, preferably in biologic services, CDMO, or CRO environments.
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce for tracking, forecasting, and reporting account activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while leading strategic account planning with clear performance objectives and milestones.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all account matters, coordinating internal resources to ensure clients achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Monitor and achieve retention targets, accurately forecast account revenue potential, and ensure timely submission of sales activity reports.
  • Lead and provide guidance to other field representatives and cross-functional teams working with key clients, sharing best practices and insights.
