Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Preference given to a technical focus.
  • 8+ years of successful technical or strategic sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience selling to OEMs such as NVIDIA, Apple, Amazon (AWS/Lab126), Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Meta, Cisco, Arista, Intel, AMD, Broadcom, or similar
  • Strong understanding of advanced materials, components, or systems (TIMs, adhesives, coatings, or board-level materials preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
  • Travel will be both domestic and international. Expect to travel domestically at a rate of 50-60% of your time. International travel will be at a minimum, twice a year.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into EMS/ODM partners (e.g., Foxconn, Flex, Jabil, Quanta, Celestica) a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic key accounts including hyperscalers and Tier 1 OEMs
  • Drive design wins and revenue growth for Henkel TIM and electronics materials
  • Manage senior relationships across engineering, sourcing, and executive teams
  • Execute multi-year account strategies aligned to customer technology roadmaps
  • Collaborate closely with application engineering, R&D, and operations
  • Leverage EMS and ODM relationships to scale adoption and protect design positions
