A WiseTech Senior Key Account Manager is the WTG owner of a number (around 20 to 25) of WTG strategic clients for their product or region. The Senior Key Account Manager serves to deepen the WTG relationship with strategic clients in by increasing their own understanding of the client's business needs and strategy and by regular focused strategic interactions, ultimately working to grow and retain these strategic customers. You work collaboratively across multi-functional teams both internally and within the client organization to resolve any barriers to the productive use of WiseTech Global Products. Be able to instigate the resolution of issues common to WTG strategic clients to facilitate customer growth. This Senior Key Account Manager should be an expert in their field, has been in a KAM/SKAM role for a number of years and have proven experience directly growing customer accounts and achieving outcomes.
