About The Position
This is a Sr. Infrastructure Site Support role. Professional etiquette, extremely polished, and energetic are must have personal traits. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot devices, tools, and technologies in short windows of time, and be able to alleviate executives’ and/or company associates concerns/stress regarding devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones), conferencing tools – Zoom, Teams, password resets, and unlocking of locked accounts.
