We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior IT Solutions Specialist to join our IT team in a fast-paced additive manufacturing environment. This pivotal role provides advanced technical support, serving as the final escalation point for complex issues across systems, networks, and applications-including those critical to high-performance engineering and digital manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong understanding of IT's role in supporting modern manufacturing technologies. You'll deliver executive-level support, ensure the reliability of mission-critical infrastructure, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain seamless operations in a digitally driven production ecosystem. This is a fully onsite position, based at our corporate headquarters in Rock Hill, SC, where in-person collaboration, real-time support, and active engagement with our team and company culture are essential to success.

  • Deliver high-touch, responsive IT support to executives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum productivity.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, system administration, and in-depth network troubleshooting across diverse environments.
  • Configure, maintain, and support A/V systems for high-stakes meetings, events, and executive presentations.
  • Manage application deployment and remediation, ensuring optimal compatibility, performance, and user experience.
  • Administer and support core infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or complex issues and implement long-term remediation strategies, including vulnerability resolution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, incident reports, and support playbooks.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and user guides for new technologies and solutions.
  • Operate independently to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams to resolve escalated or cross-functional issues.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and enterprise IT environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience providing executive-level IT support, demonstrating discretion, professionalism, and a high level of responsiveness.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience managing A/V meeting room technologies, including platforms such as Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Poly, and Cisco Systems.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong experience with cloud-based IT administration, including Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLANs (advanced networking knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience supporting mobile platforms (iOS/Android), as well as Mac OS and Linux (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document technical processes and convey information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or higher
  • Competitive Pay: Compensation: $75,000-$85,000.
