Requirements

  • Associates degree is required; or an additional 2 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Three years' experience with PC operations with at least two years in a Help Desk environment.
  • Must be working towards or have the ability to obtain an advanced Microsoft or Cisco certification upon start.
  • A+ certification required.
  • Ability to utilize scripting for deployment of Device Imaging, patches and software.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting language is preferred.
  • Able to work independently with appropriate guidance in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Team-oriented and must possess strong integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify problems and offer solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users across the credit union.
  • Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and related systems, focusing on security, compliance, and member service excellence.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems and implement solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor staff and maintain knowledge articles/documentation.
  • Manage IT projects such as hardware refreshes, software rollouts, system patches and upgrades.
