  • Perform server-side customization (e.g., ITK, BMIDE, workflows, handlers, system configurations).
  • Execute client-side customization for Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Application Client (RAC), including UI tailoring, preferences, and custom extensions.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, license administration, and environment monitoring.
  • Configure and maintain integration of mechanical and electrical CAD systems (e.g., CATIA V5, Siemens NX, AutoCAD) with Teamcenter.
  • Support and optimize ERP integration with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flows for BOMs, materials, and production orders.
  • Ensure data consistency and synchronization between Teamcenter, CAD, and ERP systems across engineering, logistics, and production functions.
  • Develop and deploy customizations using Teamcenter ITK, SOA, and BMIDE.
  • Customize workflows, access control, and lifecycle rules to align with business processes.
  • Implement Active Workspace and RAC extensions to enhance user experience and productivity.
  • Maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices for customization and development.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and user support for Teamcenter and integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to address business needs and deliver PLM solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in performance, scalability, and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and data governance standards.
  • Coordinate with global IT and engineering teams to provide support, upgrades, and training where necessary.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, streamline processes, and enhance user productivity.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Engineering (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in the application of information technologies to business solutions)
  • 7+ years of experience in Teamcenter administration and development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Teamcenter customization (server-side and client-side), including Active Workspace and RAC.
  • Proven expertise in integration of CAD systems (CATIA V5, Siemens NX, AutoCAD) with Teamcenter.
  • Experience with ERP integration (SAP S/4HANA) for product and manufacturing data.
  • Proficiency in Teamcenter ITK, BMIDE, SOA, Java, and scripting languages.
  • Solid understanding of engineering change, BOM, and configuration management processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-regional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries with large-scale PLM deployments.
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), application servers, and web technologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Polarion, MES, or other enterprise applications.
  • Certification or training in Siemens Teamcenter administration or development.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional, international teams.
