About The Position

This position is responsible for managing IT projects within VASCOR. This includes planning, executing, and finalizing projects, overseeing scope, timeline, budget, and resources to meet objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, with a focus in Information Technologies, systems development life cycle, and project management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio
• Full understanding of the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
• Self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation skills both written and oral
• Interpersonal Savvy

• 5-7 years of experience in project management

Responsibilities

• Develop Project Management processes and procedures for VASCOR, set organizational standards, provide governance, and oversee multiple projects for strategic alignment
• Work with internal and external customers to understand project requests, work with resources on project requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external customers on the status of IT projects, acting as a central point of contact.
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders (IT and Operations) to discuss projects and determine prioritization.
• They define project requirements, create detailed plans, identify risks, and communicate progress, ensuring quality and successful outcomes.
