The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects from concept through implementation. This role offers the chance to drive strategic initiatives, collaborate across teams, and deliver solutions that make a measurable difference.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and innovate beyond traditional approaches.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with vendor management and integration.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Background in managing both internal and external client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Conduct project meetings and manage tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review all project deliverables.
  • Oversee vendor integration, manage tasks, and review vendor deliverables.
