The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects from concept through implementation. This role offers the chance to drive strategic initiatives, collaborate across teams, and deliver solutions that make a measurable difference.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and innovate beyond traditional approaches.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with vendor management and integration.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Background in managing both internal and external client projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
- Conduct project meetings and manage tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review all project deliverables.
- Oversee vendor integration, manage tasks, and review vendor deliverables.
