You will leverage AI-driven tools to enhance project management and facilitate the successful execution of various initiatives. This role demands adaptability and a strong grasp of project management fundamentals, ensuring that you can effectively navigate complex requirements and dynamic business landscapes.

Requirements

4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in a tech environment.
Experience in GRC, Security, Risk, or Compliance-related initiatives.
Strong understanding of GRC and core security concepts.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Experience with project management tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience collaborating within global teams.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the GRC project portfolio, defining project goals and execution plans.
Support delivery of broader CIO-sponsored initiatives, coordinating across various teams.
Manage end-to-end project delivery from scoping to project closure.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear project plans.
Coordinate and support audits and certification efforts.
Define and track KPIs to measure execution effectiveness.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status.
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development.
Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and enhance visibility.
