About The Position

The Sr. IT Program Manager at Randstad US plays a critical role in supporting Georgia Tech's data governance and IT change management programs. The role involves designing learning and development plans, collaborating with project teams, and developing instructional materials to facilitate successful change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in organizational change management and/or data governance in a tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in creating engaging training modules using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
• Advanced skills in multimedia development, including video and web content.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development plans for IT change management projects, detailing change specifics and measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with OCM and project teams to track and assess change progress throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop instructional web and media-based learning materials, including training modules and job aids.
• Build and execute stakeholder and community outreach plans that align with change communications and learning activities.
• Develop a comprehensive OCM strategy for data governance initiatives, encompassing goals and measurable outcomes.
• Design, create, and support the delivery of prioritized OCM artifacts for data governance objectives.
• Produce targeted training resources ensuring accessible knowledge transfer and compliance readiness.
• Establish a comprehensive communication strategy to engage and inform the data governance community.
