About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in organizational change management and/or data governance in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training modules using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
  • Advanced skills in multimedia development, including video and web content.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement learning and development plans for IT change management projects, detailing change specifics and measurable objectives.
  • Collaborate with OCM and project teams to track and assess change progress throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop instructional web and media-based learning materials, including training modules and job aids.
  • Build and execute stakeholder and community outreach plans that align with change communications and learning activities.
  • Develop a comprehensive OCM strategy for data governance initiatives, encompassing goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Design, create, and support the delivery of prioritized OCM artifacts for data governance objectives.
  • Produce targeted training resources ensuring accessible knowledge transfer and compliance readiness.
  • Establish a comprehensive communication strategy to engage and inform the data governance community.
