As a Sr. IT Financial Analyst for the Connectivity & Mobility (CMC) IT Business Management team, you will oversee financial performance, billing integrity, cost management for enterprise wireless, telematics and data services, ensuring accurate reporting and strategic optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, billing operations, or telecom/mobility financial management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end carrier billing analysis and reconcile invoices against contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed billing and financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost drivers, and forecast performance.
  • Support strategic planning, cost optimization, and carrier contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with wireless carriers, and internal operations teams such as Finance & Procurement to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for connectivity service communication across departments and Client Business Units.
