We are looking for a Senior Storage and Backup Engineer to manage and enhance our advanced storage and backup systems. In this role, you will lead the architecture, engineering, and support of Honeywell’s storage and backup environments as part of the Enterprise Compute Infrastructure team. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, helping design, recommending, and implementing on-premises and cloud storage solutions. Expertise is required in technologies like NetApp, Nasuni for cloud-based storage, VAST for block storage, and Rubrik for backup solutions. You’ll also identify opportunities to optimize existing systems to increase reliability and availability and regularly participate in Disaster Recovery exercises. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Splunk is necessary, as well as working with automation platforms like CHEF or Tanium. Requirements
