About The Position
Abbott is seeking a Customer Service Sr IT Business Analyst to join our Business Technology Group that combines functional and technical responsibilities. The Sr IT Business Analyst defines, plans & designs customer service application systems requirements for new or modified applications, in the preparation of application system specifications, and in the development, testing, and implementation of efficient, cost-effective application solutions. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven Information Technology professional with a proven track record. Strength in aligning IT solutions with business strategies and building strong relationships across various clients and IT groups. They will have experience supporting all aspects of information technology, including strategic planning, stakeholder management, process improvement, application development & solution delivery, and regulated industry implementations.
