The Sr. IT Business Analyst manages business cases, requirements, and test plans to deliver IT technology solutions. In addition, the Sr. IT Business Analyst will be a subject matter expert in their field and will participate in strategic planning, business process improvement, and complex projects, including but not limited to managing requirements through to user acceptance, data collection, analysis, and other responsibilities depending on the initiative. This Americas IT function forms part of the broader Global Services function and will work closely with regional, global IT resources and business stakeholders to support project delivery. The Sr. IT Business Analyst will model the best customer service and leadership behaviors for the team while ensuring the overall success and business value of technology solutions. This role will be hybrid requiring a minimum of 3 days in office.
