About The Position
Starr Insurance Companies is a leading insurance and investment organization, providing commercial property and casualty insurance, including travel and accident coverage, to almost every imaginable business and industry in virtually every part of the world. The Senior IT Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the IT development team of the Starr360 Underwriting & Claims Workflow & Document Management application. This individual will work closely with the Product Owner and Peers to ensure that business requirements are accurately captured and documented in workflows, story maps and user stories to support solutioning and delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the commercial insurance sector, agile methodologies, project management, and testing. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is vital.
