About The Position

Sr. IT Architect for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC) RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, design, install, and configure ERP modules and components, as well as improve database/application performance through instance, database, and query tuning. Define system strategies, develop system requirements, design and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on current and future initiatives, handling conflicting priorities and integrations. YOU MUST HAVE: Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Science, or related field, and 8 years of experience with ERP Administration. Must possess 8 years of experience in the following: OS Administration; DB Administration; Understanding of NetWeaver Java; and Understanding of Flavours of ERP solution and how they integrate with each other. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Job Site: Charlotte, NC 40 hours/week Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
