You will report directly to our Sr Director ISC Operations and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Olathe, or Torrance location on a Hybrid work schedule. As the Senior ISC Project Management Manager, you will oversee and direct operations within the Strategic Business Group (SBG) for world-class integrated supply chain projects. Your primary responsibility will be to create project schedules, assess project issues, and develop enhanced solutions that meet or exceed, delivery, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. You will implement mechanisms for monitoring project progress while collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve any challenges that arise.

Requirements

  • 6 or more years of experience in supply chain project management, demonstrating a consistent record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on developing and empowering team members.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on continual improvement and efficiency.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven project management experience with a focus on integrated supply chain operations.
  • Expertise in ISC and knowledge of lean methodologies (Lean expert or Black Belt preferred).
  • Experience in a global company environment, managing multiple projects and functions.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to lead and drive change while influencing and mentoring others.
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to effectively set meetings and resolve workplace conflicts.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Ensure project goals are achieved through careful management of the schedule and overall costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, driving results and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Strategic Development: Partner with the Project Leader to establish project strategies, execution plans, and ensure fulfillment of those plans.
  • Mentorship: Influence and mentor team members to foster professional growth and improve project outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify project issues and develop quality solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Progress Monitoring: Develop robust mechanisms for identifying and tracking project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Communication: Collaborate, communicate, and build robust relationships across various organizational levels to achieve project goals with a sense of urgency.
  • Process Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing long-term solutions to enhance project efficiency.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel, ranging from 0-50%, to support license transition projects at involved sites as needed.
