Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (both commercial and residential).
- Expertise in working with a wide variety of irrigation components, including controllers, sprinkler heads, pipes, electrical systems, and backflow preventers.
- Deep understanding of water efficiency principles and the ability to make system adjustments to optimize performance.
- Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues with irrigation systems.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Provide excellent customer service on every job.
- Precision in completing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, ensuring all systems are operating at peak efficiency.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory, timely job reports, and keep vehicles and tools clean and well-maintained.
- Ability to work effectively with a team of professionals and collaborate on complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair irrigation components such as pipes, fittings, electrical systems, and backflow preventers.
- Perform system start-ups, evaluations, winterizations, and ongoing system maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
- Assess and adjust irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service, offering professional advice and solutions during service calls.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including inventory usage and job details via the Jobber app.
- Work closely with the team to provide seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and organize your work vehicle and tools to ensure efficiency and safety on every job.
