The Senior Investor Relations Analyst will play an important role in analyzing financial performance, monitoring competitive trends, supporting and tracking investor engagement, and ensuring key stakeholders, including senior leadership and the IR team, have the necessary data and insights to effectively interact with the investment community. The Senior Investor Relations Analyst will take the lead role in various IR functions, including managing the IR website, providing investor reporting and relevant market updates, and supporting internal and external executive presentations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into compelling narratives for investors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related field required.
  • 2-4 years related experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity with demonstrated experience in financial or quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling investment narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage confidently with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to work well in teams, self-motivated, showing initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and investor relations tools (e.g., Nasdaq IR Insight, Bloomberg, Ipreo) is a plus.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, particularly during earnings season and major investor events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IR calendar and the coordination and execution of investor events, including managing the attendee list, gathering firm profiles, and coordinating meeting logistics.
  • Use IR tools to maintain an accurate record of investor interactions, track and measure activity.
  • Monitor incoming investor calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Coordinate key internal meetings between IR and cross-functional partners, managing calendars and logistics.
  • Support the quarterly earnings process, updating key reports, Q&A and fact book documents, and manage all logistics of the conference call and webcast.
  • Track and update sell-side estimates, monitor institutional ownership changes, monitor and analyze competitive and industry trends and summarize for senior management and shareholder activity to provide insights on investor positioning.
  • Gather and format highlights of analyst research reports, maintain fact book for IR and senior management's reference, and complete other ad-hoc market analysis.
  • Update and maintain key communication resources, including investor road-show presentations, quarterly Town Hall, Leadership Forum, and BOD presentations, store tour guide for General Managers and District Managers, and other ad-hoc presentations.
  • Support the management of the external investor relations website, including drafting updates, vendor management, and maintenance.
