The teams include eCommerce Planning, Global Planning, Wholesale Americas Planning, and Supply and S&OP Planning. These roles play a critical part in driving profitable growth, inventory efficiency, and operational excellence through strong analytics, cross‑functional partnership, and forward‑looking planning.What You'll Do Own and manage demand, supply, and/or merchandise plans across in‑season, seasonal, and long‑range horizons, aligned to financial targets and business priorities Validate purchase requirements and support monthly buy placement, supply planning, and S&OP cycles through accurate analysis and recommendations Monitor and execute plans, proactively identifying risks and opportunities related to demand shifts, inventory levels, service, and supply constraints Analyze pre‑season, in‑season, and post‑season performance to improve sales, SKU productivity, inventory efficiency, and margin outcomes Develop inventory and assortment strategies for launches, core programs, carryover items, and promotional activity Translate sales, inventory, SKU, and market data into clear insights, risks, and actionable recommendations for cross‑functional and leadership audiences Partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on strategy, buys, and execution Optimize planning parameters, inventory positioning, and transfers to best balance customer service, growth, and efficiency Build, maintain, and enhance reporting and planning tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) that enable faster, data‑driven decision‑making Prepare and present materials for regular business reviews, hindsight meetings, and leadership forums, using strong storytelling and a strategic point of view Stay informed on industry trends, consumer signals, and market dynamics to support accurate forecasting and forward‑looking strategy.
