The candidate should have experience with expatriate taxation, administration of international HR programs, and global immigration processes. Additionally, experience working cross-functionally with Corporate Tax Departments on expatriate programs is essential. Familiarity with vendor metrics, global processes, and controls is also required, along with knowledge of expatriate policies specific to the oil field services industry. Familiarity with the international medical clearance process and vendors, intercompany secondment agreements, and international medical evacuations is considered a plus. A background in global benefits is also advantageous.
