Equitable is looking for a dynamic Sr. Internal Wholesaler- 401(K) to join our team! This position is a Hybrid work position based out of our Charlotte, NC office. What You’ll Be Doing Primary responsibility is to provide sales support to wholesalers and financial advisors selling Equitable 401(K) products. In partnership with the external wholesaler, the inside wholesaler is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with selling advisors, as well as identifying and acquiring new business within their territory to meet sales goals. This person will drive new retirement plan assets within a geographic territory by making proactive phone calls to, or taking inbound calls from, financial advisors - to engage financial advisors, share sales ideas, provide product information, gather marketing data and offer sales support. The management of the geographic territory will be done in collaboration with an external wholesaler partner, who has ultimate responsibility for the territory. It is expected this person will develop and maintain relationships with these Advisors to increase sales of Equitable 401(K) products, as well as identify new sales opportunities. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary for this position is $65,000.
