About The Position

The Sr. Integration Technical Engineer will act as a Platform Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for supporting multiple Enterprise Integration cloud platforms including Mulesoft, Axway, Oracle Integration Cloud, IBM Integration Bus, IBM MQ, and IBM API Connect. This role involves providing technical and industry-specific expertise for requirements gathering, solution design, and technical oversight, as well as performing installations, upgrades, and migrations of integration platforms according to the technology roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and seven (7) years of experience as a Middleware Administrator, Integration Specialist, or related occupation in the application integration industry.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields and five (5) years of experience in the same roles.
• Experience with setting up and managing Distributed and Cloud integration platforms such as IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, API Connect, and Apigee.
• Experience with setting up and configuring MFT Products such as IBM MFT and Axway.
• Experience in upgrading platforms and applications to the latest versions and keeping them up to date.
• Experience in CI/CD DevOps Implementation and code repository management.
• Experience in Application Integration development and/or production support with scripting experience.
• Experience in application performance tuning, scalability, and application monitoring setup and alert mechanisms.
• Experience in Incident and Change Management to work with business and application teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Platform Technical SME for multiple Enterprise Integration cloud platforms.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design, and technical oversight.
• Perform new platform product installations and implement upgrades and migrations.
• Configure CI/CD DevOps and repository management for code promotion.
• Conduct code reviews for MuleSoft and OIC deployments and ensure proper documentation.
• Implement monitoring strategies and continuous improvements for integration platforms.
• Provide administrative and technical direction to internal teams and partner resources.
