About The Position

We are excited to bring on a Sr. Analyst, IT Infrastructure. In this role, you will function as a Federated Architect and provide technical leadership, subject matter expertise and direction on complex projects/initiatives to manage the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure within an organization.

Requirements

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
  • 5 - 7+ Years experience in system design/architecture that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Function as a Federated Architect with Site reliability engineering (SRE) practice on multiple Integration Platforms.
  • Focus on Managed File Transfers (IBM Sterling File Gateway; Connect Direct) and have experience on API Management (IBM CP4I/MuleSoft).
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess the impact, and collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security and Senior Management.
  • Direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management.
  • Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and management.
  • Provide direction and guidance for the design, architecture, implementation and security of business-critical infrastructure platforms.
  • Lead research, design, architecture and implementation of enterprise cloud services supporting IaaS, SaaS and PaaS.
  • Develop and implement complex DevOps methodologies supporting infrastructure and development partners.
  • Responsible for Platform Lifecycle activities including design, deploy, install, upgrade, patch, configure, compliant, security, audit, administer, maintenance, monitoring, backup, recovery and governance.
  • Serve as lead technical resource to ensure completion of infrastructure development tasks.
  • Serve as a technical expert and provide complex technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Perform administration and support for applications to ensure the system's integrity and security.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to measure and manage work intake and email capacity.
