About The Position

Responsible for researching and resolving unpaid insurance claims and customer inquiries/ complaints for high volume Managed Care contracts. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of business office experience in billing, customer service, or collections in a healthcare environment is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Microcomputer Excel.
