About The Position

The Senior Insurance Portfolio Lead is primarily responsible for developing monthly prospects, coordinating customer service and loss prevention, maintaining exceptional customer service and retention results. This role involves selling P&C product lines to targeted goals, closing sales by building rapport with key decision makers within target accounts, explaining garage and inventory program and service capabilities, while effectively overcoming objections. The position also includes the distribution of workload and direct management of Insurance Portfolio Leads, servicing current customers, identifying non-P&C opportunities, and maintaining current knowledge about the insurance products and markets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service or financial services industry.
  • 1+ year of prior sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to develop business relationships with Dealer Principals and Decision Makers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Well-developed business management, presentation and relationship selling skills.
  • High level of accountability and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to function in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong customer service skills.
