Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, servicing, and commissioning of electronic security systems.
Strong technical knowledge of access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and networking principles.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Nice To Haves

Certification in electronic security systems (e.g., CCNA, PSP, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and commission electronic security systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct system testing and provide detailed documentation of findings and corrective actions taken.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and assist in their training and development.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies during all phases of installation and service work.
Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and submit accurate service reports, time logs, and documentation in a timely manner.
Stay current with emerging security technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.
Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale security system projects.
Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts required for field operations.
