About The Position

The Sr Inspire Value Consultant is a role that operates together with ServiceNow's customer-centric sales teams to calculate and develop business cases and value realization analyses for our customers. S/he will serve as the main point of contact for Manufacturing sales teams by designing and leading strategic, consultative interactions to build consensus and alignment on how core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform can support CXO business transformation objectives. The ideal candidate brings a powerful combination of consulting experience at a leading strategy/consulting firm and experience in a customer-facing role, selling and delivering consulting services. S/he will closely align with our core and solution account teams to seed and develop strategic opportunities. S/he will build trusted relationships with customer and partner executives, partner with sales leaders and account executives, and be a significant contributor to the revenue growth in our Manufacturing accounts in the Americas.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years at a top tier consulting firm designing and driving transformational change for clients.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (e.g., TCO, ROI, payback) and understanding of enterprise KPIs.
  • Exceptional executive presentation skills - in person, on zoom, C-level.
  • Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales organizations.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and able to prioritize independently shifting workloads in a dynamic, high growth environment.
  • Agile business mind; adept ability to work in a matrix organization structure with a highly distributed team.
  • Proven ability achieving revenue targets for an overall region and accounts.
  • Superior organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize.
  • Enjoyment working in a collaborative environment and high level of accountability.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the customers' outcomes and value levers that will allow them to achieve the relevant business case for new or continued investment in ServiceNow.
  • Lead discovery and prioritize workloads as account teams demand change.
  • Collect and apply available data to financial models in Excel or bespoke value software, including leveraging AI tools.
  • Understand the parameters that ServiceNow software can impact on customers' businesses.
  • Collaborate with account team to build high-quality and compelling data-driven business cases and value realization assessments.
  • Articulately deliver the business case to the ServiceNow champion.
  • Manage communications with the customer, account team, and shared services stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Maintain a pulse on broader ServiceNow and Global Sales priorities, programs, and communications.
