About The Position

As a Sr Analyst 2 – Walmart US Platform Team, your role will involve supporting our client insights team with providing actionable, data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, a solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment. This role involves analyzing and visualizing data to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders, often in a collaboration with a remote and cross-functional team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, and functions
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating and delivering presentations
Demonstrated ability to create effective data visualizations using appropriate tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI - experience with Unify is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with team members and contractors, including those working remotely, to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
Become the SME of the area of business you are responsible for and upskill team members
Document data sources, methodologies, and analysis results
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiative, contributing data analysis expertise to support business objectives
