A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will have responsibility for executing guest or consumer research to support key initiatives. You will partner with internal team members and external partners to execute work, and triangulate your findings with other inputs to develop clear recommendations for the business.   • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of Insights experience
  • Can design qualitative and quantitative research, analyze and interpret the results effectively
  • Ability to connect insights to business objectives, strategies, and consumer needs, to deliver actionable recommendations
  • Capable of presenting insights to mid-level management and cross-functional teams, tailoring the message to different audiences (e.g., merchandising, marketing)
  • Knowledge of sampling methods and significance testing
  • Highly curious and asks questions to seek clarity (asks why versus just describing what)
  • Experience in merging and analyzing inputs from a variety of sources to provide a holistic narrative
